• 5-7 years of solid hands-on experience using Core Java, Spring Boot, Kafka/MQ, Microservice architecture
• Hands on experience with SQL, DB2/Sybase , including modelling and performance tuning.
Proficiency in Shell/Unix, Perl/python is required.
Good problem-solving skills, Analytical, Self Driven, Passion for innovation.
Good communication and presentation skills: ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner, across all stakeholder groups and with staff from junior to senior levels
Knowledge of Banking or Financial industry project experience is valuable.
Experience with Co-pilot and Spec Driven Development** is plus
