Job SummaryWe're looking for an Injection Mold Machine Operator to run ceramic core injection presses. Hands-on, detail-driven, fast-paced-you'll set up machines, press parts, and inspect your own work.

Shift:Friday- Sunday 5a- 5p 36-hour workweek, 40 hours of pay. You'll work three 12-hour shifts and still take home a full-time paycheck.Shift Differential:$3.00/hrTraining Requirement New employees must be available to work any shift during a minimum six (6) week training period. Training will be scheduled Monday through Friday and may occur on first, second, or third shift, depending on business needs. After training is complete, employees will move to their regularly assigned shift.
What You'll Be Doing
Set up and operate injection mold presses and toolingInspect cores for dimensions and defectsForge and prep cores for thermal processingRotate into kiln/furnace operations as neededMonitor machine gauges-catch problems earlyFollow all process docs, safety rules, and housekeeping standards-no shortcutsWork within ISO / TCS quality standardsShow up reliably and help out where needed
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED preferred3+ months manufacturing experience preferredInjection molding experience is a plusMechanically inclined and good with your handsAble to read, write, and speak EnglishComfortable with basic math and measuring toolsSafety-minded, dependable, team player
