• Monday - Friday schedule with 3.5 days in clinic and 1 day in OR
• Option to structure schedule for 2 half-days in OR for LASIK and crosslinking
• Join a multidisciplinary group of 15 ophthalmology subspecialists
• Inherit a loyal, long-standing patient panel from a retiring physician

• No hospital call; call rotated evenly among the group
