- 5+ years leadership experience in a safety/EHS environment
- Must have experience working with in matrix organization with multiple sites
- Experience working in a large manufacturing environment and/or service center
- Ability to build a world-class safety program and safety campaigns
- Must be in the Chicago area and able to commute
- Knowledge and understanding of safety protocols and compliance
