Position: Corp Strategic Procur Spec II - AMZ26658.4

Location: Arlington, VA

Multiple Positions Available:

  1. Identify new internal customers and sourcing opportunities utilizing analysis from multiple sources.

  2. Review spend data, contract pipelines, and market trends for key spend categories.

  3. Contribute to cross-functional team meetings to align Source-to-Pay priorities and requirements.

  4. Contribute to ongoing customer and vendor management, including development of category and vendor management plans.

  5. Partner with business, finance, and legal leaders to identify and implement Procure-to-Pay best practices including savings and controllership.

  6. Work closely with engineers, scientists, technical stakeholders, and leadership to ensure products and services meet the needs of the business.

  7. Conduct market research and prepare RFP documents for upcoming sourcing projects.

  8. Manage the RFP process, evaluate proposals, negotiate commercial deal terms and contracts, and create award recommendations.

  9. Provide procurement analytics and insights to support data-driven decision making.

  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in strategic sourcing.

  11. Track spend and consumption across key agreements.

  12. Domestic or international travel up to 25% to perform role responsibilities may be required.
