Description

Manage and coordinate the procurement and utilization of incentives and credits for the enterprise. Assist in evaluation and negotiation of agreements and incentive packages to reduce capital costs and real estate taxes. Manage the company's tax incentive compliance portfolio to monetize future benefits.   • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, real estate or business administration
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of incentive programs across jurisdictions
  • Ability to calculate estimated incentives values
  • Report writing and communication skills
  • Prioritization and multitasking ability
  • Confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects

Desired

  • CPA and/or MBA
  • Experience with economic development negotiations and compliance
  • Advocate the value and use of incentives and credits throughout the enterprise
  • Serve as a resource for incentives and credits across jurisdictions
  • Coordinate with Real Estate, Logistics, Manufacturing, and divisions to identify projects
  • Research federal, state and local incentive opportunities (tax sharing, abatements, TIF, grants)
  • Prepare financial analyses and project value propositions
  • Support presentations and attend state/local meetings
  • Support compliance data collection and reporting processes
  • Maintain technology database of pursuit projects
  • Perform initial review of compliance reporting
  • Travel up to 20%
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
