Entry-level professional case management work
An employee serves on a classification team; evaluates the offender's institutional adjustment attitude toward society and release plans; and makes recommendations relative to job assignments, facility transfers, and disciplinary actions. Employees also secures and verifies information from incarcerated adult offenders concerning their home life, family relationships, work history, and other pertinent personal and social factors; develops, maintains, and reviews classification files and assesses classification status and prepares analysis for program eligibility determinations.
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience.
