Corporate Account Specialist

Fashion Furniture Rental is currently seeking a Full-Time Corporate Account Specialist for our San Diego location. This person will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both our existing customer accounts and our prospective customers. Working with Corporate Housing Accounts and managing all activity while building long lasting relationships. Candidate must be reliable, energetic, customer-friendly, detail-oriented, is coachable and possess excellent time management skills. Essential duties and responsibilities include:

• Provide excellent customer service to our existing Corporate Housing clients
• Working with Dispatch and Warehouse teams daily
• Activity management with fulfilling requests and resolving challenges for accounts
• Daily problem solving with upper management to ensure the daily activities run smoothly
• Administrative duties and data entrysuch as:building leases, scheduling activity on daily routes
• Knowledge of inventory andidentifyingongoinginventorychallenges
• Reviewing floor plans prior to delivery to ensure furniture selected fits well inunit
• Show a willingness to dowhatever’sneeded to support our team

Requirements:

• Ability to work Monday–Friday(9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
• Customer service experience
• Mustpossessexcellent telephone etiquette,communicationand organizational skills
• Applicants should have exceptional verbal and written skills, specifically the ability to coordinate multiple activities fornumerousaccounts and feel confident and comfortable working with clients over the phone
• Candidatemustmaintaina willingness and ability to learn and understand our products and procedures.
• Attention to detail
• Able to multitask with changing priorities and deadlines
• Effective time management
• Must be computer savvy; experience with MS Outlook and Officerequired
• 2-5 years of inside sales experience preferred.
• PriorProperty Managementor Rental Industryexperience a plus
• Design or merchandising experience a plus
• Retail sales experience a plus
