We are seeking a detail‑oriented and driven Corporate Accountant to join our growing Accounting team. In this role, you will play a key part in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of consolidated GAAP financial statements across a complex, multi‑entity structure.This position offers strong exposure to corporate‑level reporting, audit processes, and cross‑functional collaboration—making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow within a sophisticated real estate/investment environment.What You'll DoFinancial Reporting & CloseExecute monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for corporate and underlying entitiesPrepare consolidated financial statements, reporting packages, dashboards, and analyticsReview general ledger activity to ensure accuracy and proper accounting treatmentDeliver timely and accurate financial reportingAudit & ComplianceSupport the annual audit process, including preparation of audit schedules and responding to auditor requestsEnsure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policiesMaintain audit readiness and support control environmentsAnalysis & ForecastingAnalyze financial results and provide budget‑to‑actual variance analysisAssist with annual budgeting and periodic reforecastingPrepare quarterly cash flow reporting and tax‑related calculationsProcess Improvement & ControlsIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracySupport the development and documentation of accounting policies and proceduresStrengthen internal controls and reporting processesCollaboration & Special ProjectsPartner with Finance, Asset Management, and other internal teams to resolve discrepanciesSupport consolidation across multiple entities and ownership structuresContribute to special projects and ad hoc initiativesWhat You BringRequiredBachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience)3–7 years of progressive accounting experienceExperience with financial statement preparation, consolidations, and audit supportStrong knowledge of U.S. GAAPPreferredExperience in real estate, investment management, or private equity environmentsExposure to partnership accounting or tax preparationCPA designation (or in progress)SkillsStrong analytical ability with excellent attention to detailAdvanced Excel skills (e.g., complex models, lookups, data analysis)Experience with accounting systems (Yardi or similar preferred)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsAnnual Base Salary Range: $86,558 – $108,197.
