About the Opportunity Cherry Bekaert is partnering with a well-established, national organization to add a Corporate Accountant to their team. This is a high-impact role supporting a complex, multi-entity environment with exposure to development, operating, and corporate-level accounting.
What You’ll Be Doing
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close
Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations
Maintain and manage general ledger activity across multiple entities
Perform intercompany accounting and reconciliations
Assist with financial reporting and internal management reporting
Support entity-level analysis across development and operating structures
Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements
Assist with schedules supporting tax and compliance reporting
What They’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
3–5 years of accounting experience
Strong grasp of core accounting fundamentals and GAAP
Experience with month-end close and financial reporting
Exposure to multi-entity or intercompany environments strongly preferred
Experience with ERP systems (Workday, Yardi, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
