Primary responsibilities are:Assisting with the management of the Financial Controls infrastructureMaintaining current policy and procedure documentationOversight for all financial control activities occurring within the business unitEvaluating the results of operational areas for potential internal control deficiencies and process improvementsActively participating with the business unit to support compliance activities associated with the Sarbanes-Oxley programEvaluating and updating documentationMonitoring and evaluating testing efforts and remediation plans and ensuring timelines are met.QualificationsCPA/MBA2+ years accounting experience (public accounting experience preferred)Thorough knowledge and practice of working with GAAP and corporate accounting control policiesStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem solving and analytical skillsS tr organization and prioritization skillsDetail oriented and able to meet deadlines timely and accuratelyProficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and other MS applicaitonsExperience with financial reporting processes, risks and controlsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
