This position offers broad exposure across the accounting function and provides an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long‑term career within a stable, growth‑oriented organization.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and post month‑end journal entries, including recurring and adjusting entriesSupport the monthly close process and financial reporting activitiesAnalyze and record accruals, prepaid expenses, and other balance sheet accountsPerform account reconciliations and resolve reconciling itemsAssist with cash management and treasury‑related reportingReview and analyze accounts payable and accounts receivable activityPartner with internal stakeholders to investigate discrepancies and improve processesAnalyze general ledger activity and identify unusual variancesSupport the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reportingAssist with audit preparation and maintain supporting documentationEnsure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and accounting standardsIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencyCollaborate with finance, accounting, and operational teams on various initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field1+ years of accounting experienceStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingProficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applicationsExperience supporting month‑end close and general ledger accountingERP system experienceExposure to financial statement preparation and account reconciliationsCompensation and BenefitsDetermining compensation for this role depends upon a wide array of factors, including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
