Corporate Accountant Target Compensation:

$100,000 - $110,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Corporate Accountant:

• 
  
• Own project accounting, customer billing, job costing, and project financial reporting from setup through closeout.
• 
  
• Perform account reconciliations, journal entries, fixed asset accounting, and month-end close activities.
• 
  
• Process and reconcile payroll while ensuring accurate project labor costing.
• 
  
• Review financial data, analyze variances, and support accurate reporting across multiple entities.
• 
  
• Mentor accounting team members and help implement process improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
• 
  

Qualifications for the Corporate Accountant:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• 
  
• Strong general ledger, GAAP, account reconciliation, and journal entry experience.
• 
  
• Experience with job cost accounting, WIP reporting, AIA billing, and project accounting preferred.
• 
  
• Ability to work independently and serve as a technical accounting resource for the team.
