We strive to provide and deliver more not only for our customers but for our team as well.What You'll Be DoingSelf-starter who brings energy to routine tasks and proactively looks for ways to add value.Demonstrates curiosity, a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment.General Ledger Accounting & Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Prepares account balances and reconciliations, including researching account balance discrepancies and making appropriate adjustments.Investigates and responds to actual vs budget/forecast variances and makes necessary journal entries as required.Maintains and accounts for prepaid expenses, prepares journal entries and reconciles balances, as appropriate.In accordance with U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, prepares and posts journal entries into the general ledger based on compilation and analysis of financial information.Assists in the prompt, accurate and complete preparation of the month‑end close financial results and monthly Operation and Financial Review Deck (OPS Deck).Prepares and reconciles reports and schedules required for daily, weekly and monthly financial reporting.Assists with preparation and coordination of documents required by internal and external auditors.Assists with special projects that may develop.Daily Flash ReportingAssists and prepares Daily Flash reporting (sales, charge‑backs, inventory, line‑of‑credit balance).Forecasting, Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Assists in the preparation of schedules required for the annual budget.Assists in the preparation of schedules required for the quarterly forecasts.Cash & Treasury AccountingInitiates and processes wire transfers, ACH transactions and revolving loan transactions through banking software.Reconciles cash balances and prepares daily cash report.Assists in the preparation of the cash flow forecast as directed.Assists in the preparation of borrowing base certificates and supporting work papers.Maintains funded debt and interest expense account balances (long and short‑term debt and revolving line‑of‑credit balances), prepares journal entries and reconciles balances.Assists and maintains American Express, P‑Card and supplier pay program accounting and coordinates activity and transactions with Accounts Payable and Purchasing.Maintains and accounts for petty cash, prepares journal entries and reconciles balances.QualificationsBachelor's degree in finance/accounting or other business related field.One to three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Proficient with Microsoft Excel; SharePoint experience desired; Ability to learn new software as needed.Pay Range: $65,000-$75,000/yrCentury Mold offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package that includes annual bonus, paid vacation and holidays, 401(k) matching, HSA contributions, and medical, dental and vision plans.Century Mold is an equal opportunity employer and affords equal consideration to all qualified applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, creed, religion, ancestry, citizenship, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation and gender identity, disability, marital status, military or veteran status, predisposing genetic characteristics, domestic violence victim status, or any other status protected under local, state, or federal laws.Century Mold offers reasonable accommodation in the employment process for individuals with disabilities.
