Corporate Accounting Manager

Salary: $135k to $155k base plus bonus plus equity

Responsibilities

·    Manage the corporate accounting function.

·    Review account balances, investigate variances, and resolve discrepancies.

·    Ensure financial information is accurate, complete, and prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

·    Research accounting topics and prepare supporting documentation and analysis.

·    Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy.

·    Coordinate audit activities and provide requested schedules and documentation.

·    Partner with internal teams on accounting and financial matters.

·    Analyze financial information and provide insights to management.

·    Support accounting projects and other business initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

·    Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance. Advanced degree a plus

·    6 – 10 years of public accounting or a combination of public and corporate accounting experience

·    CPA a plus

·    Proven U.S. GAAP knowledge and experience dealing with complex accounting matters.

·    Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
