What You'll Do:

• Own monthly consolidations across all business units: P&L, balance sheet, cash flow
• Build and streamline accounting policies, controls, and close processes
• Make sure everything lines up with US GAAP, IFRS, and internal standards
• Lead audit prep and handle technical accounting research (IFRS focus)
• Coach and develop accounting team members
• Partner with business units and auditors to keep reporting sharp and compliant

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s in accounting/finance; MBA or Master’s a plus
• 6+ years in corporate or operational accounting, ideally some manufacturing experience
• Proven leadership experience managing accounting teams
• CPA or CMA preferred
• Solid US GAAP and IFRS knowledge
• Strong Excel skills: SAP/Hyperion experience a bonus
• Organized, clear communicator, collaborative mindset
