Compensation: 
  • $65,000-70,000 a year

Job Summary

Austin Wood Recycling is seeking a Corporate Accounts Specialist to manage and grow relationships with major retail partners such as Home Depot, Lowe's, and other national accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers while also using data to drive decisions. You'll work closely with operations, logistics, production, and sales teams to ensure inventory levels, forecasting, and customer needs are met throughout the year.

This position combines account management, customer service, inventory planning, sales analysis, and cross-functional coordination in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with large corporate retail accounts.
  • Analyze sales trends, forecasts, and inventory performance.
  • Coordinate with operations, production, transportation, and sales teams.
  • Monitor purchase orders, inventory, and logistics.
  • Support seasonal forecasting and inventory planning.
  • Prepare reports and customer presentations using Excel.
  • Identify process improvements and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while managing multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in corporate account management, retail account management, or customer success.
  • Experience managing large retail or big box accounts (Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart, etc.) preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including reporting, formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operations, logistics, production, and sales teams.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting national retail accounts such as Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart, or similar retailers.
  • Knowledge of inventory planning, replenishment, and demand forecasting.
  • Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software.
  • Background in manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience preparing sales reports, forecasts, and customer presentations.
  • Familiarity with logistics coordination and transportation planning.
  • Experience supporting seasonal promotions or product launches.
  • Strong understanding of retail supply chain operations.
  • Experience using CRM and reporting platforms.
  • Continuous improvement or process optimization experience.
Work Environment / Schedule
  • Full-time, on-site position based in Hutto, TX.
  • Monday-Friday during standard business hours.
  • Collaborative office environment with regular interaction across operations, production, transportation, and sales teams.
  • Fast-paced environment with increased workload during seasonal demand.
  • Occasional travel may be required to customer locations or corporate meetings.
