Job Description

*** is seeking an experienced internal communications professional to provide temporary coverage for a Senior Manager, HR Communications role within Corporate Affairs. This individual will support key HR communications priorities, including employee value proposition rollout work, annual enrollment and benefits change communications, and strategic communications advising for HR partners. The ideal candidate is an exceptional writer and trusted adviser who can quickly understand complex business and HR issues, build strong partnerships, manage multiple priorities, and translate information into clear, actionable communications for employees and people leaders.
Job Details: Partner with HR and Corporate Affairs leaders and cross-functional teams to plan and deliver clear, effective employee communications. This temporary role will support priority work including employee value proposition rollout, annual enrollment and benefits change communications, HR Technology & Workforce Strategy change communications, and CHRO and HR All Staff materials. The individual will provide communications counsel, draft and edit content, coordinate communications across email, Teams, the intranet, presentations, and digital signage, and manage stakeholder and communications-calendar coordination for large employee audiences.
Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree and 2 years of experience

Master s degree and 4 years of experience

Bachelor s degree and 6 years of experience

Associate s degree and 10 years of experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience
