    Pay: $200,000.00 - $280,000.00 per year

    Location

    This is a hybrid role based in Wilmington, Delaware, with regular in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

    Note

    Candidates must be admitted to practice in Delaware and should have 3+ years of corporate litigation, commercial litigation, Court of Chancery, or complex business litigation experience.

    Job Description

    • Handle complex corporate and commercial litigation matters from strategy through resolution.
    • Work on disputes involving Delaware corporate law, business litigation, and high-stakes commercial issues.
    • Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, discovery, and other litigation documents.
    • Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written analysis.
    • Support matters in the Delaware Court of Chancery and Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Superior Court.
    • Communicate clearly with attorneys, clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
    • Manage deadlines, case strategy, filings, and matter-related responsibilities with strong attention to detail.
    • Collaborate with a collegial litigation team while taking ownership of key assignments.

    Qualifications

    • Delaware Bar admission required.
    • 3+ years of corporate litigation, commercial litigation, or complex business litigation experience required.
    • Court of Chancery experience strongly preferred.
    • Experience with the Complex Commercial Litigation Division of the Delaware Superior Court preferred.
    • Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills required.
    • Strong academic credentials preferred.
    • Must be organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
    • Must be collegial, professional, and genuinely interested in practicing law in Delaware.
