JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in Pennsylvania, in good standing.
0-1 years of experience and interested in corporate transactional work in M&A, securities, venture capital and emerging business.
Interest in debt and equity finance, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and entity formation and governance.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Structure, negotiate, and manage corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, equity investments, and financings.
Advise clients on corporate governance matters and entity formation.
Draft and review a wide range of transactional documents, including operating agreements, shareholder agreements, and financing documents.
Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships through excellent service and attention to detail.

Competitive Compensation: Includes an annual salary range of $220,000+, determined by experience and market factors, along with eligibility for discretionary bonuses.
