Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Providing expert legal counsel to clients on a wide array of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing transactions.
2. Conducting comprehensive due diligence investigations
3. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of complex commercial contracts
4. Advising clients on corporate governance issues and assisting in the development of corporate policies and procedures.
5. Staying abreast of changes in corporate law and regulations and advising clients on the potential impact of these changes on their business operations.

Qualifications:

1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, with a proven track record in corporate/m&a and contract negotiation.
4. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues.
5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly convey complex legal information to clients and other stakeholders.
6. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate effectively for our clients' interests.
7. A high degree of professionalism and a strong commitment to client service.
8. The ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
9. Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
