Corporate Associate

A full-service law firm seeks an associate to join their Corporate group in their Dallas office.

The ideal candidate must have 4-6 years of corporate/transactional experience. Responsibilities include analyzing, communicating, researching, and drafting legal documents. The Associate should possess a proven background in corporate law (contract law, tax law, accounting, securities law, bankruptcy, intellectual property rights, licensing, and zoning laws). The Associate will coordinate schedules with the corporate support staff and paralegals and communicate with all parties. The selected Associate will possess an analytical and logical mind, be able to resolve conflicts and relate well with various types of persons, often when these persons are in distress.

The applicant must have graduated from an accredited Law School and must be licensed to practice in Texas and in good standing with the Texas State Bar Association. Would consider someone not licensed in Texas if registered to take Texas Bar.
