Our AmLaw 100 client is adding a Corporate Associate to its Seattle office. This team represents founders, venture-backed companies, and investors across the technology and life sciences sectors. The work sits at the center of the startup ecosystem, advising companies from formation through financing and exit.

The broader platform is widely recognized for representing leading technology and life sciences companies and the investors that fund them, with a long track record advising venture-backed businesses through major financings, IPOs, and exits.

The platform itself is consistently recognized among the leading firms serving emerging companies and venture capital clients, particularly across the technology and life sciences sectors.

Compensation range: $310,000 – $390,000, based on class year, plus discretionary bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
