Job Details

We are seeking corporate associates to join a transactional practice focused on mergers and acquisitions and private equity work. This role offers exposure to a wide range of deal types and the opportunity to work closely with sponsors, companies, and internal deal teams across all stages of transactions.

Responsibilities

Support mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions from inception through closing
Draft and negotiate primary and ancillary transaction documents
Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction structuring and execution
Coordinate deal processes, including managing timelines and working with internal and external stakeholders
Collaborate with team members on complex corporate and transactional matters
Assist with post-closing matters and ongoing client advisory work

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in corporate transactional work
Experience with mergers and acquisitions and/or private equity transactions
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deals and work in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative and client-focused mindset

Requirements

Prior experience at a nationally recognized law firm or comparable environment
Strong academic credentials
Demonstrated ability to handle transactional work and deal execution
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Admission to a U.S. bar or eligibility for admission
