We are currently recruiting formultiple mid-level associate positionsacross M&A, Private Equity, Capital Markets, and Investment Funds household names in Big Law, consistently ranked at the top of global league tables, and recognized as market leaders across every major transaction type.

What you'll be doing

Depending on your background and focus, you may be working across one or more of the following areas:

M&A / Private Equity

  • Advising leading private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, and major corporations on high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions

  • Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, merger agreements, and key transaction documents

  • Managing due diligence processes and coordinating across tax, finance, and regulatory practices

Capital Markets / Securities

  • Advising issuers and underwriters on public and private securities offerings, including IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, and investment-grade and high-yield debt issuances

  • Drafting and reviewing prospectuses, registration statements, and offering documents

  • Working on Rule 144A transactions and other exempt offerings

Investment Funds

  • Advising on the formation and structuring of private equity, hedge, and other investment funds

  • Working with GPs, LPs, and investment managers on fund documentation, governance, and regulatory matters

  • Advising on fund finance and related transactions

What we are looking for

  • 3–6 years of post-qualification experience at an AmLaw 100, Magic Circle, or Silver Circle firm

  • Strong transactional background inat least oneof the following: M&A, Private Equity, Capital Markets, Securities, or Investment Funds

  • Experience acrossmore than oneof these areas is a significant plus — and may make you eligible for multiple roles simultaneously

  • Excellent academic credentials

  • Admitted to the Bar

  • Comfortable working on large, complex, multi-jurisdictional matters
