A highly regarded New York law firm is seeking a junior-to-mid level Corporate Associate to join its sophisticated Corporate practice.

The Practice
The Corporate team advises a sophisticated client base that includes investment advisers and funds, broker-dealers, commercial banks, institutional investors, public and private companies, and other market participants. Attorneys work across matters where transactions, regulation and business strategy intersect.
Depending on background and interest, work may include:
Capital markets and corporate securities
Banking and finance transactions
Private credit
Structured finance
Mergers & acquisitions
Private equity
Venture capital and growth equity
Investment management transactions
Corporate governance
Broker-dealer transactions
General corporate counseling

Job Details
Approximately 1–5 years of corporate transactional experience
Strong law firm training
Experience in one or more of the following:
Banking & Finance
Capital Markets / Securities
M&A
Private Equity
Private Credit
Structured Finance
Investment Management
Excellent academic credentials
Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
Comfortable working directly with partners and clients
New York Bar admission or eligibility required
