The ideal candidate must have 3-4 years of general corporate experience involving public and private companies are encouraged to apply. Ideal candidates will have experience representing high-growth businesses in connection with financings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Candidates will have worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm, and will have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
