Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney
An established national law firm, with a highly collaborative office in Atlanta, is currently seeking an M&A Attorney to join their corporate team, full-time.
The salary for this role will be market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with generous performance-based bonuses, and excellent benefits to match. Years of experience: Mid-Level Associate, ideally 3-6 years of experience
Skills and Requirements:
Top-market base salaries paid along with percentage on exceeding billable hour targets, and originations. Compensation advertised may be more or less based on experience level, and if applicable, portable business.
