Position Overview:
The firm is seeking an Operations Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join its growing team. This role focuses on representing homeowners associations (HOAs) and condominium associations in their daily operations and while entail working in a variety of areas of law including contracts, employment law, municpal law, financing, and more.
Qualifications:
2+ years of legal experience required
General corporate law experience preferred but experience in one or more areas above is required.
Licensed (or ability to become licensed) in TN.
Commitment to client service and team collaboration
