Corporate Attorney: Grow Your Transactional Practice in Conshohocken

Our client, a well-respected law firm serving the Philadelphia suburban market, is adding a Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience to work side by side with senior attorneys on sophisticated corporate matters from its Conshohocken, Pennsylvania office.

This is an in-office role. You will receive regular mentoring, take part in complex planning and transactions, and work directly with business owners and growing companies across the region.

What You'll Do

• Form and structure business entities for a sophisticated client base
• Advise clients on corporate governance, financing, and business succession planning
• Represent clients in mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions
• Draft and negotiate commercial agreements and corporate documents
• Work closely with business owners, executives, and their advisors

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member of the Pennsylvania Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate or transactional experience
• Strong drafting, organizational, and client-service skills
• Interest in mentoring and growing alongside senior attorneys
• Willingness to work primarily in office in Conshohocken
