Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney to join a respected national law firm with openings in Los Angeles and Denver. Their attorneys deliver practical, business-minded counsel that helps clients navigate complex deals and high-stakes strategic decisions with confidence.
Salary Range: $170,000 – $230,000
Bonus Potential: Up to $106,000 (dependent on experience and performance)
