Our client, a national Am Law firm with a growing presence in the Denver market, is seeking a mid-level corporate associate to join its dynamic transactional practice.

This role is ideal for an attorney with 2+ years of experiencehandling a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including:

• Mergers & acquisitions
• Private equity transactions
• Securities (both public and private offerings)
• Corporate governance and entity formation
• Venture capital and emerging company work
• General corporate and finance-related matters

The group represents a diverse client base, ranging from emerging growth companies and private equity sponsors to established public companies, providing associates with meaningful exposure to sophisticated, high-value transactions.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent drafting and analytical skills
• Experience working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• The ability to independently manage transactional components while working closely with senior attorneys and clients
