We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. As a Corporate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements and contracts.
Advising on corporate governance and compliance issues.
Handling mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring activities.
Providing legal guidance on business transactions and strategies.
Representing the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney in a reputable law firm or corporate legal department.
Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial transactions, and contract law.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
