We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Attorney with 5–7 years of experience to join a premier, full-service firm in Cleveland, OH. This role is ideal for a versatile practitioner who enjoys advising business clients across a wide range of corporate matters rather than being confined to a narrow sub-specialty.

Provide general guidance on workplace legalities and employment law matters as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience: 5–7 years of dedicated corporate transactional experience at a law firm or as in-house counsel.
Versatility: A strong foundation in corporate law with desirable experience in real estate transactions and employment law.
Autonomy: Proven ability to manage transactions independently and interface directly with business leaders.
Bar Admission: Active Ohio State Bar license in good standing.
