Job Details

We're looking for an experienced attorney with a portable book of business and a strong background advising businesses across a variety of transactional matters.

Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Connecticut Bar (or ability to obtain admission).
Significant experience in corporate law, business transactions, commercial finance, or related transactional practices.
Established portable book of business required.
Demonstrated success developing and maintaining client relationships.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to contribute to the continued growth of a collaborative regional firm.
