Description

Corporate Card Program ManagerThis position provides very important daily operational management of several Corporate Card Programs that are integral to supporting the credit union's Corporate Business Department. These card programs support customer and dealership personnel programs by delivering funds to vehicle owners for service recovery and dealership personnel for sales incentive payments. Relies on accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of card plastic, card value loads, card operations, cardholder service, and payment collections to support various employee and business needs.Minimum Educational Qualifications:4-Year College Degree (BS Or BA in A Relevant Field)Accounting Course CompletionMinimum Experience:2+ Years' Experience in A Financial Institution's Back-Office Support Unit for Card Service/Electronic Funds/Accounting Activity.2+ Years' Experience in An Accounting or Accounting-Related Role.Experience Working with Systems That Process Card Transaction Activity In-House Vs Outsourced.Key Accountabilities:Perform operations for several Prepaid Card Programs. Fulfill shipments of monthly card requests, place value on cards. Track and Invoice for card shipments, follow up for payment. Manage Card inventory for all branches. Coordinate value load payments and card cancellations/reissues/refunds with the accounting dept. Resolve customer problems as they arise. Recommend program enhancements as observed or requested.Assist with various card program customer service communications, including answering phone calls, card account Management, and cardholder email communications. Assist with program fraud management.Track returned cards, provide outreach to update address records, reship if possible. Manage the card destruction process monthly.Assist in managing fulfillment of departmental audit requests.Monthly GL Reconciliation for Branch Gift Card ProgramsOther Job-Specific Skills:Advanced Excel Skills, Including Extensive Pivot Table Work.Excellent Communication Skills, Including Verbal and Written.Highly Detail-Oriented with Excellent Follow-Up Skills.Industry: Car ManufacturingEstimated Start Date: ASAPLocation: Torrance, CA
