CORPORATE CFO

GNR has been retained to identify a “hands-on” Corporate  CFO for this internationally owned, 50+ year-old organization that is growing their US presence through Joint Ventures and M&A activities.  

As a HOLDING company, they have several subsidiaries that make up a portfolio of sophisticated electronics systems used in the defense sector.


We’re seeking a business-savvy FINANCE individual who understands strategic business structures and brings an in-depth financial background.

• In this “highly visible” role, you will be responsible for all financial management needs & performance. 
• Provide oversight on company subsidiaries, compiling all financial data to advise the Executive Team and Board Members.   

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead all financial activities for the holding company; including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls.
• Manage banking relationships, intra-company funding, budgetary needs, tax reporting & audit compliance.
• Strong business acumen in finance/accounting, ownership structures, investments, risks, capital structure planning.
• Collaborate with subsidiaries on financial performance & audits
• Support M&A, partnerships/joint ventures including financial due diligence and transaction structuring.
• BS / BA / MS / MBA degree with a minimum of 8+ years experience + an in-depth GAAP experience (IFRS is a plus)
• US Citizenship
