What You'll Do

  • Represent lenders and borrowers in commercial finance and lending transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents and financing agreements.
  • Advise clients on secured lending, UCC transactions, and credit facilities.
  • Structure and support complex commercial lending transactions.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across offices on financing matters.
  • Provide practical legal counsel throughout all phases of commercial finance transactions.

What You'll Need

  • J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active Bar admission in the applicable state or eligibility for admission.
  • 3+ years of commercial finance experience in a law firm.
  • Experience handling commercial lending and finance transactions.
  • Experience drafting and negotiating loan documentation.
  • Knowledge of secured lending, UCC transactions, and credit facilities.
  • Strong drafting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong academic credentials.
