What You'll Do
- Represent lenders and borrowers in commercial finance and lending transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents and financing agreements.
- Advise clients on secured lending, UCC transactions, and credit facilities.
- Structure and support complex commercial lending transactions.
- Collaborate with attorneys across offices on financing matters.
- Provide practical legal counsel throughout all phases of commercial finance transactions.
What You'll Need
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active Bar admission in the applicable state or eligibility for admission.
- 3+ years of commercial finance experience in a law firm.
- Experience handling commercial lending and finance transactions.
- Experience drafting and negotiating loan documentation.
- Knowledge of secured lending, UCC transactions, and credit facilities.
- Strong drafting, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong academic credentials.
