We are a respected leader known for our dedication to innovation, quality, and exceptional service. We are currently searching for a highly experienced Controller to join our executive team in Dallas, Texas.

Job Description:

As Controller, you will direct and oversee our financial activities, including strategic planning, risk management, financial reporting, and investment strategies. You will be critical in strategic decision-making, working closely with the CEO and Board of Directors to develop and implement financial strategies and policies.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage all fiscal reporting activities for the organization, including organizational revenue/expense and balance sheet reports, reports to stakeholders, tax returns, and other financial transparency requirements.
Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
Develop and implement financial strategies and policies per the company's targets.
Work closely with the executive team and board members to make strategic financial decisions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements.
Supervise investment strategies and direct fundraising efforts and sales strategies.
Advise on long-term business and financial planning.
Review all formal finance related procedures.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. MBA or CPA certification is highly preferred.
Minimum of 20 years of financial experience, with at least 10 years in executive leadership positions.
In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and people skills.
