Corporate Controller - Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

• Lead the corporate accounting function, including month-end close, financial reporting, treasury, account reconciliations, and related Controller responsibilities, with a goal of completing the monthly close around the 15th

  
  
• 
  

• Oversee construction accounting and WIP reporting across approximately 400 active jobs, including percentage-of-completion accounting, job profitability, over/under billings, and related reconciliations

  
  
• 
  

• Manage, coach, and develop a five-person corporate accounting team while providing ongoing guidance and training to four Regional Controllers

  
  
• 
  

• Review accounting processes and work product while remaining hands-on and willing to step into detailed accounting work when needed

• Partner with executive leadership, regional operations, and external auditors, including supporting the annual audit process

Corporate Controller - Qualifications:

• 
  

• Strong construction accounting experience required with hands-on expertise in percentage-of-completion accounting, WIP schedules, job profitability, and over/under billings

  
  
• 
  

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop accounting professionals while maintaining strong technical involvement

  
  
• 
  

• Experience with Spectrum Viewpoint is a significant plus
