Collaborating closely with plant managers and commercial teams, this role aims to optimize financial performance, ensure audit compliance, and advance decision-making support throughout the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee comprehensive accounting functions, encompassing accounts payable/receivable, payroll, budget management, and cost accounting.
- Spearhead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures while guaranteeing accurate and timely financial disclosures.
- Ensure adherence to U.S. GAAP standards by establishing robust internal controls and accounting policies.
- Work alongside operational leaders in budgeting, forecasting, and profitability assessments to drive financial efficiency.
- Conducting inventory management, cost analyses, and report generation to enable strategic insight across facilities.
- Direct external audits, manage compliance reporting, and execute tax preparation activities.
- Deliver financial presentations, emphasizing analysis of trends, risks, and growth prospects to executive management.
- Facilitate ERP system integrations and champion ongoing finance process improvements.
- Cultivate a high-performing accounting team through leadership, mentorship, and accountability.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is essential, with a CPA or master's degree preferred.
- 15–20 years of ascending experience in a manufacturing finance environment, including leadership roles.
- Proficiency in U.S. GAAP, intricate financial analysis, cost accounting, and multi-facility financial consolidation.
- Successful track record in managing audits with external entities.
- Familiarity with ERP platforms, especially SAP, is a plus.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, coupled with strong communication and strategic problem-solving skills.
