A bit about us:
Our client is a leading contract manufacturer of aluminum canned beverages in North America. The company was founded by industry operators who had experienced beverage manufacturing from the brand side, and it was built around what they felt was missing in the market: capacity, flexibility, and advanced technology.
The company produces a wide range of beverages, including energy drinks, sodas, waters, teas, hard seltzers, canned cocktails, coffees, and protein and alt-milk drinks. Its customers include established national brands as well as high-growth emerging brands. Its full-service model covers the entire process, from procurement and batching through filling, packaging, warehousing, and distribution.
In just a few years, the company has grown from a single site to a multi-state manufacturing network, and further expansion is underway. Its facilities rank among the largest and most automated of their kind in the country, with high-speed production lines, automated packaging, and advanced warehouse logistics, and they produce billions of cans a year.
Why join us?
Why Join Us
Ground-floor growth: The company went from startup to a multi-state, multi-hundred-million-dollar manufacturing footprint in a few years, and it is still expanding. There is real room to grow your role as the business scales.
Build, don’t maintain: With new facilities coming online, you’ll help build systems, processes, and teams rather than inherit a legacy playbook.
Best-in-class technology: You’ll work alongside some of the most advanced canning and automation infrastructure in the industry.
Founder-led, entrepreneurial culture: Leadership is close to the business, decisions move quickly, and good ideas get implemented.
Products people know: The company makes drinks for some of the best-known beverage brands, and you’ll see them on shelves nationwide.
Major local employer: The company is one of the largest private employers in its home market and is investing heavily in the new communities it enters.
Sustainability built in: Aluminum cans are highly recyclable, and that is central to the company’s strategy.
