Responsibilities of the Corporate Controller:


• Serve as the senior accounting leader responsible for centralized accounting operations across all locations
• Oversee preparation of accurate, timely financial statements for the organization
• Maintain ownership of the general ledger and close process, ensuring consistency and integrity
• Act as the primary liaison with external auditors and manage audit readiness and execution
• Lead and develop the accounting team, providing coaching, oversight, and clear expectations
• Support acquisition activity, including purchase accounting and integration of new entities
• Prepare to step into broader leadership responsibility as part of a planned succession strategy


Qualifications of the Corporate Controller:


• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA strongly preferred
• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including prior Controller experience
• Strong background in manufacturing or distribution environments
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing close processes

Salary: $165,000 to $180,000
