The Opportunity:The Seattle office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP seeks a Corporate Counsel with 5+ years of experience to support its rapidly growing Corporate practice. The role will primarily focus on general corporate and transactional matters, with opportunities to work across M&A, financing, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and entity counseling. This position is being added in response to sustained demand and the need for dedicated support for Seattle‑led transactions. The new hire will be a key contributor to a busy, expanding group with significant opportunities for responsibility and career development.

The salary range for this role is $310,000 to $380,000. This range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Washington. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs. This job is also eligible for an annual merit increase and bonus pay.
