We"re seeking a dynamic legal teammate to be a strategic partner in helping to shape the future of cloud computing. As a Corporate Counsel, you"ll play a critical role in supporting AWS"s groundbreaking technology and global business initiatives. Key job responsibilities

  • Negotiate, draft, and review complex enterprise and technology licensing agreements across diverse business contexts
  • Provide comprehensive legal counsel on policy, regulatory, and compliance matters related to cloud computing and technology services
  • Support product development and operations teams with strategic legal insights on intellectual property, privacy, and marketing initiatives
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to facilitate business development and strategic programmatic launches
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure legal alignment with business objectives

A day in the life

Your day will be a blend of strategic legal counseling and collaborative problem-solving. You"ll engage with sales, marketing, product, policy, security, and operations teams, crafting agreements that help drive AWS"s innovative cloud and AI technologies forward in support of our customers. From negotiating enterprise contracts to providing legal guidance to business leaders, you"ll be at the heart of AWS"s transformative work.
