A leading corporation or investment bank may seek a Corporate Development Analyst – IB to support strategic growth initiatives, M&A, and internal investment decisions. Support corporate development initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic investments
Build and maintain financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution) to evaluate potential transactions
Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and company due diligence to inform investment decisions
Prepare internal presentations, investment memoranda, and executive briefings for management and board-level stakeholders
Assist in deal execution, project management, and integration planning for corporate transactions
Collaborate with senior bankers, corporate development teams, and business units to align strategy with execution
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
Strong skills in financial modeling, valuation, and scenario analysis
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, strategic environment
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Prior internship or full-time experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, strategy consulting, or related fields is beneficial
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial research tools
