Requirements
- Strong Modeling & Transaction Skills: Must excel at financial modeling with solid underwriting and transaction execution capabilities, critical for driving M&A and private investment deals.
- Investment Banking or Corp. Dev. Experience: 1-3 years in investment banking or corporate development to ensure fluency with deal processes and financial diligence.
- Proactive & Hungry Attitude: Self-starter who takes ownership and works independently in a fast-paced, lean team environment with executive exposure to push deals and investments forward.
Responsibilities
- Corporate M&A and Transaction Execution: Play key role in underwriting, diligence, and execution of M&A deals, collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to close transactions efficiently.
- Private Equity and Venture Capital Support: Manage private investment activities including PE fund participation and VC investments in construction tech, providing financial oversight and strategic guidance to portfolio companies.
- Financial Modeling and Analysis: Develop and maintain advanced financial models such as LBO and DCF to underpin deal underwriting, investment thesis validation, and scenario planning.
- Strategic Opportunity Assessment: Assess new M&A and private investment prospects, preparing detailed presentations and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
