We’re looking for a sharp, driven Corporate Development Associate to join our team and play a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction. Responsibilities
  • Partner on company-wide strategic initiatives, including long-range planning, portfolio optimization, and growth strategy
  • Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and business performance to identify opportunities and risks
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
  • Build and refine financial models to support key decisions, including operating forecasts, investment cases, and scenario analysis
  • Evaluate capital allocation across organic growth initiatives, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships
  • Support the full lifecycle of transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and partnerships
  • Assist with diligence, valuation, and integration planning
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors to drive execution

What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, or a similarly rigorous environment
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Ability to break down complex, unstructured problems and turn them into clear recommendations
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders
  • High level of ownership, curiosity, and attention to detail

Why This Role
  • Direct exposure to executive leadership
  • Meaningful ownership and real impact on business decisions
  • Broad experience across strategy, M&A, and capital allocation
  • A chance to move from analysis to execution in a fast-paced environment
