POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director of Corporate Development will act as a core member of Advanced Energy's Corporate Development function to help develop & cultivate our acquisition pipeline, execute transactions, and implement integrations.
Success in this role means serving as a pivotal driver of Advanced Energy's growth strategy-leading the full lifecycle of M&A activity from early‑stage market scanning and target identification through due diligence, financial modeling, and seamless post‑close integration. You will build strong partnerships across our businesses and corporate functions, helping champion teams evaluate strategic growth platforms and develop clear, data‑driven investment cases. You'll expertly manage complex workstreams, organize and interpret key diligence findings, and influence decision‑making with crisp, executive‑ready materials. You will also cultivate relationships with potential acquisition candidates and investment bankers, maintain accurate and insightful pipeline data, and contribute to special projects that support our executive team and board. Ultimately, your work will directly shape the trajectory of Advanced Energy's strategic expansion.

As required by multiple state pay transparency laws, Advanced Energy provides a reasonable range of compensation for each job posting. Actual compensation is influenced by an array of factors including, but not limited to, skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. The range of starting pay for this role is $170,000 - $220,000 per year.
