We are looking to expand our Corporate Development team by adding an M&A Analyst for the 2023 summer who will be responsible for providing analytical support and market research on active transactions and other strategic initiatives. This position provides unique experience through exposure to corporate strategy and is highly visible to the senior management team. This intern will assist in valuation analyses, preparing presentations for potential investments or strategic initiatives, conducting industry or investment target research as well as assisting with corporate strategic execution across Colibri. Located in our corporate office in Downtown St. Louis (The Foundry); typical hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the flexibility to work additional hours as required depending on the number of active projects and their deadlines.
